Inspired by the warmth of the Aegean coast, ZEUGMA brings together vibrant mezze, fire-kissed flavors from the grill, and the relaxed spirit of coastal dining. Rooted in tradition and shaped by a modern perspective, every dish is created to be shared and remembered.
Our Vision
From Turkiye Anatolia, the Aegean Sea to Coastal Mediterranean, a plethora of spices and vegetables come together as every culture inspires the next. Like a mosaic, we are made from numerous pieces combined in perfect harmony. That spirit lives at the mezze table: slow down, pour a glass, and pass plates until the conversation is easy, at home in our art-decorated, BYO dining room on South Park Street.

Anatolia has been the bridge between the Middle East, the Mediterranean and Aegean, and Europe for millennia, home to the cultures of countless tribes and states that passed through.
